Attributes:
success: Whether the task completed successfully
output: Final output/response
completion\_reason: Why execution stopped. One of the
`TerminationReason` string values: goal, tool\_completion, promise,
no\_tool\_calls, max\_iterations, timeout, budget\_exhausted, doom\_loop,
needs\_help, interrupted, cancelled, error.
iterations: Number of iterations executed
stage: Final execution stage
actions: List of actions taken
duration\_seconds: Total execution time
error: Error message if failed
started\_at: ISO 8601 timestamp when execution started
metadata: Optional structured metadata (e.g. spend\_usd/tokens/status
on a budget\_exhausted outcome)
