Result of a dead-letter evaluation.

Attributes:
dead\_letter: Whether the entry should be routed to the dead-letter
queue / marked `permanent_failure` now. When `False` the
caller reschedules the entry under its normal capped backoff.
reason: Short machine-readable explanation (`"permanent_error"`,
`"attempts_and_age"`, `"retry"`) for logging/metrics.
