AI Agent

Deprecated structural protocol for failover managers.

Retained only for backward compatibility with code that imports the deep
path `praisonaiagents.llm.failover.FailoverProtocol` or uses it for
`isinstance` checks. `FailoverManager` already satisfies this shape.
Prefer the public `LLMFailoverProtocol` (exported from
`praisonaiagents.llm`) for new code.
