AI Agent

Outcome of a connection-liveness evaluation.

* `KEEP` — the connection has shown activity recently enough; leave it.
* `REAP` — the connection missed too many heartbeats and is presumed
  dead/half-open; the server should close it with
  :attr:`GatewayCloseCode.LIVENESS_TIMEOUT` and release its
  session/presence/queue state.
