AI Agent

Outcome of an agent-initiated message reaction (Issue #3917).

Every call resolves to exactly one :data:`ReactionStatus`, so the agent
always gets a typed answer rather than a hard error — in particular a
channel that cannot react returns `unsupported` rather than raising.

Attributes:
status: The outcome (`ok` / `unsupported` / `failed` /
`no_route`).
target: The resolved target the reaction was routed to.
detail: Optional model-readable explanation.
