# ReloadStatus

AI Agent

Observable outcome of the gateway's config hot-reload machinery.

Populated by the running gateway and surfaced in :meth:`GatewayProtocol.health`
so an operator can ask "did my last config edit take effect, and is
hot-reload still working?" without restarting or scraping logs.

Attributes:
watcher: `"active"` while the config watcher is running (event-driven
or polling), `"disabled"` once it has genuinely given up — so
silent degradation is detectable rather than assumed-working.
last\_result: Outcome of the most recent reload attempt — `"ok"`,
`"failed"`, `"no_changes"`, or `"never"` (no reload attempted
yet this run).
last\_at: Unix timestamp of the last reload attempt, or `None` when
none has occurred.
changed\_paths: The config paths that changed on the last successful
reload (empty otherwise).
error: On `"failed"`, the human-readable reason the edit was
rejected; `None` otherwise.
