# ThawDecision

Result of a freeze-thaw (host-suspend gap) evaluation.

Attributes:
suspended: Whether an involuntary host-suspend gap was detected
since the previous observation.
gap\_seconds: Estimated duration the host was frozen (0.0 when not
suspended).
restart\_transports: Whether the wrapper should re-probe / restart
outbound channel sockets (idle-gated) because they may be
silently half-dead after the freeze.
reconcile\_schedule: Whether the wrapper should reconcile the
scheduler (coalesce missed cron fires) against the gap instead
of letting wall-clock catch-up storm on resume.
