Stream response deltas from runtime execution.

## Signature

async def stream_turn(prompt: str) -> AsyncIterator[RuntimeDelta]
```

## Parameters

**prompt** `str` *required*

User prompt/query \*\*kwargs: Additional options (system\_prompt, model\_ref, etc.) RuntimeDelta objects with incremental response content

### Returns

**Returns** `AsyncIterator[RuntimeDelta]`

The result of the operation.
