Validate agent configuration against runtime capabilities.

## Signature

async def validate_config(agent_config: Dict[str, Any]) -> List[str]
```

## Parameters

**agent\_config** `Dict[str, Any]` *required*

Agent configuration to validate

### Returns

**Returns** `List[str]`

List of validation error messages (empty if valid)
