Method

Return a dry-run preview of where `target` will deliver.

A short, display-only string (e.g. `"telegram:@alice (session
main)"`) so the creator sees the destination before commit.

## Signature

def preview_target(target: 'DeliveryTarget') -> str
```

## Parameters
