Set the home channel for a platform.

## Signature

def set_home(platform: str, chat_id: str, thread_id: Optional[str]) -> None
```

## Parameters

**platform** `str` *required*

Platform name (e.g., "telegram", "slack", "discord")

**chat\_id** `str` *required*

Platform-specific chat/channel ID

**thread\_id** `Optional[str]`

Optional thread ID for threaded platforms
