Method

Update an existing item.

## Signature

def update(item_id: str, content: Any) -> AddResult
```

## Parameters

**item\_id** `str` *required*

ID of the item to update

**content** `Any` *required*

New content \*\*kwargs: Backend-specific options

### Returns

**Returns** `AddResult`

AddResult with operation status
