# interrupted\_runs

Method

> This is a method of the [**RunJournal**](https://praison.ai/docs/sdk/reference/praisonaiagents/classes/RunJournal.md) class in the [**journal**](https://praison.ai/docs/sdk/reference/praisonaiagents/modules/journal.md) module.

Return ids of runs still `running` — resume candidates on restart.

A run left `running` belonged to a process that exited without
recording a terminal outcome. Nothing resumes these automatically;
callers resume one turn with
`ExecutionConfig(durable=True, resume_run_id=..., journal_path=...)`
(same journal) and the run's recorded `task` as the prompt.

def interrupted_runs() -> List[str]
```

### Returns

**Returns** `List[str]`

The result of the operation.
