Method

Return skills the *user* may invoke via slash-commands.

Skills with `user-invocable: false` are excluded.

## Signature

def get_user_invocable_skills() -> List[LoadedSkill]
```

### Returns

**Returns** `List[LoadedSkill]`

The result of the operation.
