Method

Create a new skill.

## Signature

```python theme={"theme":{"light":"vitesse-light","dark":"vitesse-dark"}}
def create(name: str, content: str, category: Optional[str], propose: bool) -> str
```

## Parameters

**name** `str` *required*

Skill name (must be valid identifier)

**content** `str` *required*

Full SKILL.md content

**category** `Optional[str]`

Optional category for organization

**propose** `bool` (default: True)

If True, stage for approval; if False, create directly

### Returns

**Returns** `str`

Status message describing the action taken
