## Signature

def parse_frontmatter(content: str) -> Tuple[dict, str]
```

## Parameters

**content** `str` *required*

Raw content of SKILL.md file

### Returns

**Returns** `Tuple[dict, str]`

Tuple of (metadata dict, markdown body)

### Exceptions
