Method

This is a method of the RunJournal class in the journal module.

Return ids of runs still running — resume candidates on restart.

A run left running belonged to a process that exited without recording a terminal outcome. Nothing resumes these automatically; callers resume one turn with ExecutionConfig(durable=True, resume_run_id=..., journal_path=...) (same journal) and the run’s recorded task as the prompt.
